ThinCats moves headquarters to expanded offices in Birmingham following launch of dedicated £100m Midlands growth fund
The new headquarters in Snow Hill, will be home to an expanded team of more than 20 ThinCats staff from a variety of business functions including Finance, Operations, Marketing, Credit, Transaction Management and Business Development. This move reflects ThinCats commitment to the growing market activity and allows greater proximity and connectivity to the broader adviser and professional services community in the region.
ThinCats also recently announced plans to deploy £100m to entrepreneurs running profitable mid-sized businesses (with EBITDA >£1m) from across the Midlands to achieve their growth ambitions. This commitment has been followed by recent funding for Birmingham-based businesses, Fuelsoft and Compass CHC.
ThinCats saw a record level of deal origination in its financial year ending 30 June 2024, providing more than £378m to SMEs across the UK.
